Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research, design, development and test planning of new structure and new principle motor.

2. Participate in the formulation and lead the team to implement the project development plan and ensure the timely completion of the project.

3. Analyze and solve problems in the implementation of the project, and summarize and exchange experience.

4. Prepare and archive design documents, technical documents and project documents in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Master degree or above in motor or related major, more than 3 years experience in electromagnetic design and development of motor.

2. Have a deep electromagnetic motor design and electromagnetic field theory foundation, proficient in permanent magnet motor design.

3. Proficient in using 3D electromagnetic simulation software such as ansoft or ansys for modeling simulation and post-processing.

4. Good at communication and teamwork, love technical work, practical work, initiative, and have a strong recognition of industry.
