Job responsibilities:

1. Thermal simulation and thermal analysis of energy storage products (containers, packs, etc.).

Analyze the distribution of internal temperature gradient of the whole machine, optimize the air duct of the whole product, effectively manage the heat source, and optimize the heat dissipation scheme.

2, responsible for the evaluation and testing of new materials, optimize the selection and design of heat sinks.

3. Product development and design document maintenance.

4. Summarize technical problems and share experience.

5. Responsible for thermal design and thermal simulation analysis of terminal products.

6. Responsible for building the content of thermal design technology platform and formulating thermal design rules and specifications.

7. Responsible for organizing and carrying out technical research and technical analysis related to thermal design analysis

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, with basic knowledge of heat transfer, engineering thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, mechanical design and drawing;

2. Familiar with hardware design of electronic products, experienced in thermal design or thermal simulation analysis, proficient in using Flotherm, Icepak or other CFD software for PCB thermal simulation analysis;

3. Understand the general structure and materials of electronic products, proficient in AutoCAD, Pro/E and other CAD software

4. Proficient in domestic and foreign standards and norms related to thermal design, experience in terminal industry is preferred;

5. Have a strong scientific research spirit, good communication skills and team spirit;
