The main work is to use the LS-DYNA module to rationalize the mesh division of car safety seats, establish finite element pre-processing models and mechanism adjustment mechanisms, and apply GBBP safety seat regulations test conditions or customer defined non-standard conditions to the model while maintaining consistency with real experiments. Based on simulation results, effective feedback on part failure and whether it meets customer requirements is provided, and design risk items are predicted in advance, providing correct improvement directions and suggestions for design engineers.
Design and development project of a certain aircraft:
1. Responsible for CAE simulation of components during aircraft development, such as statics, transient dynamics, modes, vibrations, collisions, etc;
2. Responsible for CFD analysis of aircraft, including aerodynamic characteristic analysis of the entire machine and specific components, and assisting in the completion of the aerodynamic shape design of the entire machine;
3. Attempt to conduct thermodynamic analysis and evaluate the heat dissipation effect of a certain structure using Fluent and Icepak.
Drop analysis of Logitech mouse products:
Perform drop analysis on products, including mice, keyboards, speakers, headphones, intelligent simulators, etc.
1. Improve the yield of product drop testing, greatly reduce the repair work after mold opening, and shorten the product design cycle.
2. Improve issues such as buckle detachment, electronic component failure, lens detachment, and component breakage caused by product drops.

DC vacuum cleaner heat dissipation optimization project:
1. In the initial stage of product design (vacuum cleaner, robotic vacuum cleaner), electronic and electromagnetic engineers jointly participate in the thermal design part of the circuit and electromagnetic scheme, and evaluate the thermal scheme based on the design parameters. After the preliminary development of the structural 3D model, CFD simulation is carried out to finally output the thermal analysis report, and the design of the air duct and cooling fan is carried out to finally finalize the thermal scheme.
2. With 6 years of experience in analyzing fluid and thermal simulation projects, proficient in Fluent, COMSOL, Icepak fluid and thermal simulation software, capable of building simulation platforms related to fluid and heat, familiar with conventional fluid and thermal testing processes and methods;
