Responsible for modeling and analyzing abnormal noises in SAIC passenger cars, using hypermesh and ANSA modeling, Optistruct or Nastran for deformation analysis of white body door frames, sensitivity analysis of white body abnormal noises (VTF), modal analysis of TB interior parts, dynamic and static stiffness analysis of seat buckle installation points, dynamic and static stiffness analysis of IP installation brackets, modal analysis of seat belt retractors, static stiffness analysis of door trim panels, modal stiffness analysis of lower guard panels, large screen mode, threshold trim panel static stiffness analysis, rear channel static stiffness, and static stiffness analysis of door trim DOGHOUSE structure; Using SNRD module for interior noise simulation analysis (RATTLE, SQUEAK), analysis of relative displacement between doors and body, and simulation of IP&CNSL pressing noise; The main projects involved include SAIC Passenger Car IP42, EP39, EP35, ES33, AS33, EP33, etc.

Responsible for modeling and analyzing logistics vehicles, using hypermesh to draw grids and connections, using Optistruct or Nastran for modal, stiffness, and strength analysis of the body in white, and writing analysis reports. Using Nastran and Abaqus for component modal and stiffness strength analysis, including opening and closing component modal analysis, side anti dent analysis, motor suspension strength analysis, steering gear bracket analysis, and various installation bracket strength analysis.




Structural simulation analysis of Chery commercial vehicles:


Responsible for modeling and analysis work, using hypermesh and ANSA to draw grids, using hypermesh for white body pre-processing and building TB models, using Nastran and Abaqus for component stiffness and strength analysis, including side panel anti dent analysis, using Nastran for NVH analysis, independently completing NVH analysis items, including TB modal analysis, dynamic stiffness analysis, VTF analysis, acoustic cavity modal analysis, NFT analysis, and proposing optimization suggestions based on modal contribution analysis and panel contribution analysis for non-conforming items in NVH.




Yutong Bus Structure Simulation Analysis:
