1. Injection mold flow analysis verification and injection molding defect optimization. I have practical experience in 5000 sets of mold flow analysis projects, including automotive, electronics, home appliances, daily necessities, rubber frames, multi cavity and other fields.

2. Casting simulation analysis verification and optimization of casting forming defects. Design a pouring system and use flow analysis software (MAGMA, flow 3d) to verify the feasibility of the solution, and submit the flow analysis report to the client. For the new project, compare at least two solutions to obtain the optimal design solution and submit it to the designer for mold design.

3. Product structure design and mold structure design. Every year, a large number of new projects are designed and analyzed, including traditional automotive engines and transmission system components; The new energy vehicle project includes dual motors, multi in one housing, battery box, electronic control box and other parts, including multiple customer projects such as Tesla, Huawei, BYD, Changan Automobile, Great Wall Motors, NIO, Ideal Automobile, Xiaopeng Motors, etc.

Project experience:

In 2014, participated in the development of the Changan Ford 6F35 gearbox housing project, made 3D modifications to the mold scheme, and participated in the design of the product's mold pouring system, creating models of the sprue and mold while leaving some machining allowance. Use MAGMA simulation analysis software to simulate the product production process and collaborate with casting engineers to develop molds, optimize casting parameters, and improve product yield and qualification rates.

In 2018, participated in the development and mold design and modification of multiple projects including Guangzhou Automobile Cylinder Block, Changhe Suzuki Cylinder Head, Cylinder Block, Changan Ford 6F35 Transmission, Torque Converter, Volvo Cylinder Head, Dongfeng Yulon Cylinder Head, etc., and used MAGMA software for mold flow analysis
